LEADERSHIP
Leadership is one of the core principles of the Balti Khar Students Organisation (BSO). In BSO, leadership means guiding others with responsibility, vision, and integrity. It encourages students to take initiative, make wise decisions, and inspire others through positive actions.
BSO provides opportunities for members to develop leadership skills through organizing events, managing teams, and participating in social initiatives. Leadership in BSO is not about authority, but about service, teamwork, and motivating others toward shared goals. Through strong leadership, BSO continues to grow and create a lasting impact in the student community.
